If your server does not have pdo_sqlite module, you can enable it via cPanel with the following steps.
Modules are enabled and disabled only for the selected version. You'll need to enable or disable the PHP modules again if you switch to another PHP version later. If you are using a VPS server, follow this guide.
Steps to enable pdo_sqlite in cPanel
Log in to your website's cPanel dashboard
Click on Select PHP Version in the Software section
. Click on the checkbox next to pdo_sqlite to activate it
