If you need assistance with installing Astra Website Protection plugin, you can request for a plugin installation. We would require temporary access to your server to complete the installation for you.

• To save time please verify that the credentials work before updating them in the dashboard

• Please change the password to the account shared with us once the issue is resolved

How to request plugin installation

1. Login to the Astra Dashboard and click on Website Protection in the top navigation
   
   

2. Next to the website name, click on the Complete Setup button to open the Getting Started guide
   
   

3. Enter the details requested in Step 1 and proceed to the next step

   
   
   
   
   
   

4. Click on Request plugin installation
   
   
   

5. Enter any one of the credentials which will let us access the website files
   
   
   
   
   

6. Save the credentials in the dashboard by clicking on the green Save button
   
   

7. Finally, click on Create Support Ticket so that our support team received the plugin installation request
