You might want to disable Astra Website Protection on specific URLs or GET/POST parameters, if you feel that your application is hardened in those areas and there might be some incorrect blocking.

Steps to disable protection on a HTTP parameter

  1. In the Astra dashboard, go to the Threats page for your website

  2. Scroll down to the Exception list & click on Exclude Parameter button

  3. Select the Parameter tab & click on the Add parameter type text box

  4. Now select the HTTP Method such as GET or POST & enter the parameter name

  5. You can enter a Note which will help you remember why you created this exception

  6. Click on Add Exception to activate it

Example of creating an exception for GET.google_sso
